I have that one week here and there when I am just so much hungrier than usual and it's happening NOW. I'm sure it's hormonal, but I wish there was a way to minimize it. I just ate a bunch of grapes and that helped, but I could go for a bowl of ice cream or pizza or something really decadent. It doesn't help that I weighed in heavier on Sunday (134.6) owing in part, but probably not all, to the pre-race carbo indulgences on Thursday and Friday.

I hope I am not hitting a plateau. I'm eating better, and less, than I was at the start of the summer and my activity level is close to the same.
