After maxing out my shoe mileage and over-exposing the swim suits to chlorine, it was time for replacements. Welcome new Kinvara 3 running shoes, neon yellow Xtenex laces, and 'electricity' and 'dragon' swimsuits. (The Balega socks, I should mention, seem never to wear out. I've had the same 8 or so pairs for years.)
